Except Federation Of Russia that occupies almost the northern half of the Asian continent, the rest of the continent is dying, especially in the part that is known as communist China. In just 17 years, from 1993 to 2010, China has transformed herself from a bicycle country with a few industries , to a heavily polluting, junk-manufacturing house of the world.
China has burned herself up so bad that Tibet-Qinghai plateau has thawed very rapidly. The entire area, with a total landmass of almost 3,000,000 square km could become desert entirely in the next 3 decades (by 2040)! Inner Mongolia autonomous region has already become desert all the way to almost Beijing (just another 50 short miles to Beijing’s downtown)
Yunnan, Guangsi, Guizhou, and Sichuan provinces will become more and more arid due to deforestation, rainfall reduction, warmer temperature (caused by coal burning power plants and mining), and drought. Perhaps, well before the end of the 21st century, Yunnan and Guizhou could become newly formed desert.
As such, the entire Chinese population will be gradually squizzed toward the Eastern coast.
